2 x 7 oz. cans tuna fish
¼ cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
½ lb. cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
3 tablespoon chili sauce
Drain and flake the tuna fish. Beat the cheese smooth, then blend in the sherry, sour cream, onions, chili sauce Worcestershire sauce, pepper and parsley. Mix in the tuna fish, taste for seasoning. Heap in a bowl.
