½ cup double cream (slightly whipped)
½ cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Dash Tabasco
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 avocados
Mix together the cream, chili sauce, onions, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces. Peel and mash the avocados. Mix into the dressing. Serve in bowl surrounded with crisps or toast fingers.
